Only 20% deposit
For most multi-day tours, you only pay a 20% deposit when you book. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour begins.

If your plans change
You can cancel up to 30 days before arrival and receive an 80% refund. You can also change your trip date up to 30 days before arrival and keep your deposit with us for up to one year.
Extra flexibility
During booking, you can add Extended Cancellation Protection if you want more flexibility closer to departure.

Your money is protected
WildSweden is covered by Swedish travel guarantee protection. This means your payments are protected according to package travel rules.

You can travel by train
Many guests travel to Sweden by train, especially for our tours in Central Sweden. If you prefer not to fly, we can help you understand the best arrival point for your tour. See each tour for how to get here by train.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot take responsibility for airline changes or extra travel costs, but we will do our best to help you reach the tour or look at other options where possible.
