Terms & conditions for bookings made up until SEPTEMBER 21ST 2026
We changed our booking conditions on 15 Sep and 21 Sep 2026, so any bookings made up until then are under the below terms.

For bookings made from 15 Sep to 21 Sep are under the below terms:
PAYMENTS
When you book your tour, we'll kindly request a 20% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid up until 30 days before your tour begins. A payment request for the remaining balance is sent automatically about two months before the tour starts.
For shorter activities under 24 hours, full payment is required at booking.
Please note, some tours need to reach a minimum number of participants before we can confirm it as guaranteed to run. You will receive an automated confirmation email upon booking, and a second email which will state the status of your booking. Please wait to book your flights and other travel arrangements until you have received further instructions.
CANCELLATION
We know that life can be unpredictable, and we're here to support you to the best of our ability.
Cancel your trip up to 45 days before arrival and get an 80% refund.
For cancellations within 45 days of arrival, no refund is offered.
CHANGE OF DATES
Change your trip date 45 days or more before arrival, and keep your deposit with us as a booking credit valid for 12 months.
NAME CHANGE / TRANSFER
You may transfer your booking to another person at any time, subject to our approval and an administration fee.
IF WE CAN RESELL YOUR SPOT
If we are able to resell your spot, we will refund you according to what we recover, minus an administration fee and any costs already incurred.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted.

During booking, you will be offered the option to add our Extended Cancellation Protection for added flexibility:
CANCELLATION
Cancel your trip 30 days or more before arrival and get an 80% refund.
For cancellations within 29 days of arrival, you receive a 20% refund.
CHANGE OF DATES
Change your trip date 30 days or more before arrival, and keep your deposit with us as a booking credit valid for 24 months.
IMPORTANT
The Cancellation Protection applies per person booked. To cover everyone in a booking, choose the same number of participants.

These terms apply to agents and travel companies with whom we cooperate:
• Up to 45 days before arrival: Free cancellation or date change.
• 44-30 days before arrival: 20% charge of the total rate.
• 29 days or less before arrival: Full rate charge.
• Up to 7 days before arrival: Participant name changes permitted.
