Terms & conditions for bookings made up until May 2026
We changed our booking conditions on May 28 2026, so any bookings made up until then are under the below terms.

When you booked your tour, we requested a 20% deposit to secure your spot. The remaining balance can be paid up until 30 days before your tour begins. A payment request for the remaining balance is sent automatically about two months before the tour starts.
For shorter activities under 24 hours, full payment was required at booking.
Please note, some tours need to reach a minimum number of participants before we can confirm it as guaranteed to run. You received an automated confirmation email upon booking, and a second email which stated the status of your booking. Please wait to book your flights and other travel arrangements until you have received further instructions.
CANCELLATIONs & changes
Cancel your trip up to 30 days before arrival and get an 80% refund.
Change your trip date up to 30 days before arrival, and keep your deposit with us for up to one year.

During booking, you were offered the option to add our Extended Cancellation Protection for added flexibility:
Cancel your trip up to 20 days before arrival and get an 80% refund. For cancellations within 19 days of arrival receive a 20% refund.
Change your trip date up to 30 days before arrival, and keep your deposit with us for up to two years.
Please note that the Cancellation Protection applies per person booked. If you want to add the Cancellation Protection choose the same amount of participants to cover all participants in the booking.

These terms apply to agents and travel companies with whom we cooperate:
• Up to 45 days before arrival: Free cancellation or date change.
• 44-30 days before arrival: 20% charge of the total rate.
• 29 days or less before arrival: Full rate charge.
• Up to 7 days before arrival: Participant name changes permitted.
