We create outstanding wildlife holidays and tours, away from the typical tourist areas, for like-minded wildlife enthusiasts from all over the World.
— Marcus Eldh, founder of WildSweden

We're all about wildlife and nature

We're a bunch of nature enthusiasts who love exploring the great outdoors and sharing our passion with others.

We're big believers in respecting animals and their habitats, so we only run tours in certain areas during specific times of the year. Our groups are always small (6-8 people) and led by local and experienced guides who know their stuff.

During winter, we run tours in Swedish Lapland together with our Sámi friends and search for moose, reindeer, and the Northern lights. In the summer, we explore various parts of central Sweden to look for moose, wolves, beavers, and bears while enjoying some hiking, canoeing, boating, and photo hide action.

We're not your typical tour company - we're all about creating immersive experiences that allow you to really connect with nature and the local culture.

Its all about collaboration and sharing

We collaborate with hotels, restaurants, wildlife experts, and travel agents worldwide to create all-inclusive holidays and tours for our guests, enhancing their experiences.

We take sustainability seriously

We're always looking for ways to minimize our impact on the environment, and we truly believe that responsible tourism can make a positive difference in the world, and we're committed to contribute to that as much as we possibly can.

>> We are on a mission to save Sweden’s nature and wildlife <<

  • Well, folks from all over the globe who share our love for nature and wildlife. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, families, and small groups of friends with open arms.

We've had guests from over 75 countries, including some pretty exotic places like North Korea, Burma, and even Hawaii! While the majority of our guests, around 90%, are Europeans, we do welcome travelers from far-off lands like Australia, Asia, and the USA, making up the remaining 10%.

  • Our home base for many of our tours is in Färna, just outside Skinnskatteberg. But we are spread out across Sweden and work much from home.

If you want to send us some snail mail, our address is: WildSweden, Boda Storsveden 15, 79023 Svärdsjö, Sweden, which is Marcus home office.

  • Our company's legal name is Skogens Konung AB which means The King of the Forest in Swedish. WildSweden is a registered trademark owned by Skogens Konung AB. Our Swedish corporate identification number is 556838-1064.
