Marcus EldhMarcus Eldh

Owner and tour leader since 2003

Marcus grew up outside Västerås, studied computer science at various universities but ditched his degree and became a man of the forest when he started WildSweden in 2003. He now lives in Sundborn outside Falun with his wife and two daughters. He is the owner of WildSweden. He is responsible for developing new tours, but still does a lot of guides tours during high season.

Jan NordströmJan Nordström

Wildlife guide and booking manager since 2009

Jan or Janne as he is called grew up in Västerås. During the summer season he stays in a small house near Skinnskatteberg where he spends a lot of time exploring and photographing wildlife and nature. Janne loves snowy winters and is a good cross country skier. He used to work in as a ski expert in a sport shop before he joined WildSweden as a guide in 2009.



Kurt NilssonKurt Nilsson

Wildlife guide since 2016

Kurt has his roots in Swedish Lapland but now lives outside Skinnskatteberg. He’s got nature and forest running in his veins. The connection between wild animals and humans has always been a passion for him.

Owner and manager of Kolarbyn Ecolodge since 2010

Andreas grew up in Strängnäs but currently lives with his wife and three kids in Hallstahammar, not far from Kolarbyn Ecolodge. He used to be an officer in the Swedish army and was also a manager for supermarket before he quit his job and took over Kolarbyn Ecolodge in 2010. He spends a lot of time orienteering, trail running and cross country skiing so he sure knows how to find his way through the forests.
